Volvo has just issued these first photos of the new S60 Concept car, to be unveiled at the 2009 Detroit auto show. It's a pretty damn close look at what we'll see when the S60 saloon is replaced in 2010. What's new about the S60?
The redesigned 2013 Ford Fusion, recalled earlier this week for potential fires in the 1.6-liter engine, is now being recalled for a headlight fix. The headlights don’t meet the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says that an improperly cured projector coating will become hazy, reducing the brightness of the low-beam lamp.
Though you'll see the usual assortment of restored muscle cars and one-of-a-kind automotive delights at the Barrett-Jackson Las Vegas auction, it's the buyers who make this event a little different, organizers say. "Most of the vehicles we sell in Vegas go to first-time buyers--and they want drivers," said Craig Jackson, CEO of the auction company. "They're end users and drivers, rather than speculators."
Those buyers will have a wide variety to choose from at the fourth-annual Barrett-Jackson Las Vegas auction, which kicks off on Sept.
